  4. Caves, temples, and history – loved it!

    Cruz

Honestly, didn’t expect Luoyang to be this cool! The Longmen Grottoes blew my mind — so many Buddha carvings, and some were HUGE ? Our guide Jacky knew all the details, and we learned so much without feeling bored. Lunch was nice (I liked the noodles!). White Horse Temple had a peaceful energy, especially the international section with Thai and Indian styles. The museum was a hidden gem — real swords, ancient pottery, and even old musical instruments! ? Definitely worth the time.

We had a truly memorable day! Our guide was not just informative but also very passionate about luoyang’s history. The white horse temple felt sacred, and walking by the Yi river near the grottoes felt like time travel. Museum was great too. My only wish: we had more time! Great experience overall. Thank you!
